General Repairs & Maintenance
Leaky taps, squeaky doors, broken tiles, dodgy hinges, loose handrails and the long list of odd jobs that never seem to get done. I come with the tools and the know-how, work through the lot, and leave everything tidy and working as it should.
Flat-Pack Assembly
Wardrobes, beds, desks, shelving and flat-pack furniture of any size — built quickly and correctly, checked level and square, with every fixing tightened and drawers and doors aligned so nothing wobbles or sags after a week.
Painting & Decorating
Rooms, hallways, ceilings, fences and touch-ups, done properly: surfaces filled, sanded and prepared, edges cut in clean, and your furniture and floors covered and protected before a brush comes anywhere near them.
Hanging & Mounting
TVs, mirrors, shelves, curtain poles, pictures and bedside units mounted securely and dead level, using the right fixings for your walls so everything stays exactly where it should for years, not just until the next knock.
Garden & Outdoor Jobs
Fence repairs, gate fixes, shed assembly, hedge trimming, pressure washing and general tidy-ups, plus patios, paths and decking brought back up so your outdoor space is usable and neat again.
Small Plumbing Jobs
Replacing taps and mixers, resealing baths, showers and sinks, sorting running or leaking toilets, changing washers and flexible hoses, and clearing simple blockages — the small plumbing jobs that make a real difference, tested before I leave.

As well as homes, I tender for and take on ongoing gardening contracts, and work alongside property management companies on their general maintenance. Regular grounds upkeep, void-property turnarounds and repair call-outs — handled reliably, on schedule, with clear communication for landlords, agents and managers.
Door Locks
Replacing internal and external door locks throughout your property — whether you've just moved in, lost a key, or a lock has become stiff or worn. The right lock fitted neatly and securely, checked to open, close and lock smoothly before I leave, so you can feel safe at home.
